Appointments & Cancellations

Please note our request for at least a 24 hour advanced notice of appointment cancellation. Thank you for understanding, we make our living by reserving  time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for yours. A major credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as debit cards.

A minimum of $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

To maximize your service please note the following:

• Please check in 10 minutes prior to start of any appointment.
  -If you are late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
   

• We offer store credit rather than refunds on merchandise. We offer no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
      

• Please leave cell phones, pagers, and children at home to help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere.
   

• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable and expire 5 years from issued date. No exceptions. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded for cash once purchased.
